Without volunteers this wonderful event simply would not happen. For four hours of your time you will be able to enjoy the rest of that day’s events on us. Save money and help bring Bioneers to the Central Coast, too? Talk about a win-win!
Below is a summary of the volunteer positions we need to fill. Please indicate your preference as to which day on the volunteer form below. We will attempt to place you on your preferred date, but we may have to make last-minute changes as the need arises.
Note: All volunteers will be required to attend an organization meeting on a date to be announced.
Registration:
Check attendees in and provide them with the proper badges and program.
Circulation/Information:
- Direct attendees to the proper rooms for workshops and other activities
- Answer questions about the program and events
Exhibitors (Saturday and Sunday only)
- Check exhibitors in and provide badges
- Show exhibitors their assigned tables and assist them with any needs
Door Check
- Check badges at the doors of the Vet's Hall
Setup and Breakdown
- Friday morning and Sunday evening
