YOGA: An ancient holistic healing system that improves the way we live today
Enjoy: ˜maintenance of health ˜stress management ˜rejuvenation of spirit ˜increased flexibility and strength ˜improved concentration and focus while you discover and nourish your spiritual side.
Working from the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya, considered to be the father of modern day yoga, and his son T.K.V. Desikachar, we use movement in and out of postures as well as stillness. Function over form is emphasized and breath is used to assist in moving asana. Cadence is slow to moderate with the breath. Pranayama and meditation will be included in our practice. Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for years or you’ve never tried yoga, you will be welcome and comfortable!

Seed Exchange

A long-standing tradition of the Bioneers conference in Marin, the seed exchange has grown in popularity due to increased interest in organic gardening and heirloom varietals; the desire of consumers who, due to increases in the cost of living or to cut down on expenditures, wish to grow their own food; as a way of preserving an area's cultural heritage; and the growing interest in promoting biodiversity.
We are proud to collaborate this year with Elizabeth Johnson and bring a seed exchange to the Central Coast Bioneers. - More info

SCHEDULE A MEET-UP DURING CENTRAL COAST BIONEERS
“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
We’ve all heard this quote by Margaret Mead. At the Central Coast Bioneers Conference you will find just such thoughtful, committed citizens – all in the same place at the same time.
- Do you have an idea that you want to make happen with others?
- Are you wondering who else is interested in the things you are passionate about?
- Are you stimulated to mobilize for action and are looking for other like-minded people?
- Are you excited about an upcoming plenary or workshop topic and want to gather others afterward for a Critical Conversation about what you just learned?
THEN SCHEDULE A MEET-UP
