Central Coast Bioneers is proud to offer a wonderful menu from Clark Staub and Full of Life Foods for lunch and dinner for our conference this year. We believe Full of Life’s commitment to sourcing the majority of its ingredients from family-owned and independent farms and millers, and food artisans within a 400 mile radius who practice Earth-friendly, humane and sustainable, techniques fits in perfectly with the Bioneers model.

A full selection of omnivore, vegan and vegetarian selections will be available for purchase at the Conference including:

Central Coast Bioneers is delighted to feature Bella Pops from Tiber Canyon Ranch of San Luis Obispo at the conference this year.

Bella Pops are amazing, delicious, gourmet popsicles made from the finest fresh ingredients. Made by hand in small batches, flavors include Strawberry, Strawberry Basil, Lavender Lemonade, Dark Chocolate Ginger, Ginger Lemonade, Watermelon, Dark Mexican Chocolate, Strawberry Banana, Peach Basil, Peach Apricot Spice, Hibiscus Flower, and Iced Coffee – all are non-dairy. Nothing artificial is used in the making of the pops, and only pure cane sugar is used as sweetener.
