Exhibitor Information
Costs:
$100 - For Profit Rate - 3 days
$50 - Non-Profit Rate - 3 days
The Green Marketplace will take place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday October 14-16, from 8:00 a.m. to7:00 p.m (6:00 p.m. on Sunday).
Exhibitors will be located outdoors in the courtyard in front of the SLO Vet’s Hall entrance, and along the sidewalks to the front and sides.
On Friday and Saturday nights, the Green Marketplace grounds will be monitored by volunteers from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. After 10:00 p.m., CCB will provide overnight security guards until 8:00 Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Set up: Beginning at 6:30 Friday morning, and 7:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Breakdown: 6:00 p.m. Sunday.
Conference Schedule
Grounds open each morning at 8:00. All attendees will take part in the morning plenary broadcasts from the main Bioneers stage from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. all three days.
There will be a lunch break with music from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. each day.
On Friday, some of the attendees will be traveling off-site on field trips from 2:00 to 4:00. Others will be staying to see workshops and films. There will be music and dinner from 5:00 to 6:30. Our keynote speaker reception and lecture will go from 6:00 to 9:00. You are welcome to stay open past 6:00 to take advantage of the crowd coming for that event.
On Saturday and Sunday, all attendees will be present on site all afternoon. The workshops will run after the lunch break from 2:00 to 6:00 each day, with half-hour breaks between sessions. On Saturday there will be a dinner hour from 6:00 to 7:00, followed by a major keynote speaker from 7:00 to 9:00. Again, you are welcome to keep your booth open past 6:00 if you wish.
Also on Saturday and Sunday, Central Coast Bioneers will be taking part in the SLO Arts Council’s Open Studios Tour, which will operate from 10:00 to 5:00 p.m. During those times, you will be getting additional traffic from persons attending that event.
What Comes With Your Booth
- A 10-foot square exhibit area
- A listing in the CCB program
- Listing on the CCB web site
- One access pass to conference workshops and plenary sessions on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- WiFi access.
We are attempting to determine the availability of outside power at the Vet’s Hall and will update this web site to add that information once we know.
What You Need to Bring
You may bring a canopy as long as you do not need to pound stakes into the grass. The Vet’s Hall does not allow holes being made in the lawns.
Booth Assignments
Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests for booth locations. We retain the right to shift booth locations as needed. We will not guarantee exclusivity of your product line, but we will do our best not to place similar products in close proximity to each other.
Meals
Lunch and dinner will be available to purchase on Friday and Saturday. Lunch will be available to purchase on Sunday.
Travel and Lodging
Reduced rate rooms have been arranged at La Cuesta Inn and the Peach Tree Inn, both within a block of the Vet’s Hall. Please see the “accommodations” page elsewhere on this web site. There is a large parking lot at the Vet’s Hall and parking is available along surrounding streets. Parking is free.
Cancellation Policy
We will accept cancellations on exhibitor booths through August 31, 2011 and a $25 processing fee will be deducted.
We cannot offer refunds for cancellations after August 31, 2011
Product and Brand Exclusivity
Central Coast Bioneers will not guarantee exclusivity of a product line or specific brands to any exhibitor. We reserve the right to refuse a booth for the sale of any products or distribution of any information we feel are not aligned with the conference mission and purpose. Inappropriate products and material can be removed from the conference area at our discretion.
