Film Series
The Economics of Happiness, Y.E.R.T. – Your Environmental Road Trip (followed by a live chat with the filmmakers) and Living Downstream, with a special appearance by Dr. Tyrone Hayes, Professor of Biology at U.C. Berkeley.

Friday Afternoon Field Trips
Architecture – guided visit to Congregation Beth David with the architects and construction manager
Aquaculture – boat tour of Morro Bay Estuary and visit to Grassy Bar Oyster Farm
Water Blessing – travel to the Salinas River with Natural Resource Manager Devin Best and Chumash Elder Palulah for a lecture and water blessing of a river that ties two of our counties together
Water Conservation – guided tour of greywater and rainwater harvesting demonstration projects with the California Conservation Corps.

World Class Keynote Speakers
Spend a Friday evening with internationally-known green architect Jason McLennan, creator of The Living Building Challenge. You will never think about a building the same way again.

Our special guest on Saturday evening – renowned author Gail Sheehy will discuss her newest book “Passages in Caregiving” at a fundraising lecture for the Hearst Cancer Research Center
